"Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. "We stayed in a 1 bed apartment in floor -3. It had good views of the Peretol ski range. You could walk there from the parking garage but there was a free bus that ran from just outside the apartments to both the Peretol and Grau Roig resorts. G.R. is larger and it is possible to ski from there and finish at Peretol for the end of the day. "Pay for premium hotel prices, however you dont get premium hotel price service. Bring your own laundry, cleaning supplies and linens. Its like staying in a very expensive hostel. Staff are friendly, but the price isn't worth the room. And you hope the people that stayed before you clean it to an industry standard. Room lacked comfortable seating, something you should expect when staying for a week(?)."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The view from the apartment was so beautiful, facing a mountain with a lot of trees and huge boulders, through which small yellow and white wild flowers were thriving, and a creek running down below producing waterfall-like sound. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with a full size kitchen. The only negative was that there was mold in the bathrooms and my husband said he could smell the mold when he was talking a shower. "

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness."

"Not a great experience. They never replied to my emails asking about facilities. Confirmation and T&C's only sent to me on day of arrival. It only took 5 hours for someone to give us a key to get in. Oh and don't forget to take your own cups and glasses to make up for what's missing. It's a great shame as if some effort was made it would be a great base for a cheap getaway. "

"In despite of excellent communications and support from the staff, it is unfortunate that they have been let down by a property that is tired and in need of a facelift! The sofa beds were old and in some instances broken and in need of a replacement. There was nowhere really to dry ski gear and car parking is only suitable for small cars. Overall, I would say an average property with exceptional service!"
