"Communication was easy and fast with the owner, they have the option to leave a key in lockbox for you. This property was pretty big! The whole home sleeps at least eight people, if not more. There is an upstairs ( multiple bedrooms and 1 bath) and a downstairs, a full kitchen, sitting area, a dining area, and a little living room. "When arrived it seemed that they were overbooked. Our studio was given to someone else. The replacement studio they gave us was terrible. A studio with 3 beds present. No table, no chairs, no curtains in street level bedroom, no towels, no hot water, reserved parking lot not available. No refund suggested or a gesture for the inconvenience. Bad hospitality."

"Nice property, secure. It has a power gate that opens to let you in and out of the property so on arrival there's a bit of a kerfuffle. Let the owner know when you are arriving I guess. Nice, clean, modern space. Owners/Security were very good. On the downside you are driving everywhere, nothing close. I run, but the street is busy with no sidewalks so not good for that. "Messed up my reservation, didn't let me know. Lost a night for which I wasn't refunded although they offered to, and amenities were not at all as described in Expedia. There's no TV signal, TVs not pre-connected to wifi, no info on the password, gave me pass 3 options none worked. Pretty pics that don't live up to the actual experience. I'm never coming back."

"The staff were very attentive and helpful. Shuttle service is great. I could walk from the hotel to a town (one mile) with loads of restaurants and other interesting shops. Little stores were about 4 blocks away. The beds were great. The shower weak. The place is very clean and well taken care of. The breakfast (included) is great on Sunday and decent on other days (better than any in the States). Staff is wonderful."

"Stayed over night prior to a flight. Staff was excellent, swimming pool and other amenities great, three bar/restaurants on property. Didn’t use shuttle because I had to leave earlier than it started to run but Uber came quickly. Rooms are older and not much insulation for quiet but no one was loud in my wing and I slept well. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would stay again. "

Perfect stop after a long journey

"Just stayed one night after a long journey, and all was great, easy free airport shuttle (did have to ask for instructions before hand though felt they should have emailed out how to find it although once you got there it was fairly clear) good selection of snacks as we entered for tired kids. Room service was prompt and tasty, didn’t use the pool but it looked clean and well looked after. If u were also renting a car it looked super easy to sort (we weren’t) Breakfast was ok lovely touch with the valentines display though. All in all was perfect for what we needed "
