"A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. Will consider a revisit in warmer weather if we need a place to stay in the area in the future."

"Fantastic to have such a different experience. We loved the yacht itself - and the facilities in it; the hot tub and dome were all great. While space was a little limited on board, there was plenty of space outside and around. It was a perfect starting point for lovely walks. We were very well looked after with any problems we encountered. A deeper clean and some further improvements on board would make it even better!"

"cotrage was lovely and quaint .hottub was lush .only downside is i was expecti g a little holiday type village with tge cottages dotted aroynd ina woodlands type ..its not.this cottage is literally just in the front garden of tbe farmers house ( lovely gent ) .. lovely and quiet ..clean cottage .very small .."

"The property is in a beautiful location, the views from the garden are incredible. The facilities are all as mentioned, the hot tub was well maintained and a real luxury. The property wasn’t the cleanest, but in a rural location in great weather we didn’t spend much time on the house. The gardens are great and the land around is all accessible along with the animals on the farm. There are a few other properties in the same location and you have a neighbour directly next door to the farm...

"The apartment is located behind a local cafe (which is handy for breakfast) and although the entrance was not obvious on arrival, we found it after a quick call to the owner. Once inside the apartment was spacious, well kept and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the bedrooms are a good size, but could do with some curtains as the blinds let lots of light in in the mornings. "Generally very good. One night stay for a car show at Carmarthen Showground. Parking - access i stight to some spaces but plenty to chose from. Check-in - good, friendly, polite an dquite quick. Entry to room - this let the stay down, the room had not been cleaned from previous guests, check-in staff very concerned and helpful, asked to wait in the bar whilst room was prepared and free round of drinks due to issue. Room - comfortable but needs a little attention e.g. with toilet lid up you couldn't fully push the flush handle and socket panel above dressing table was very 'flexible', also difficulty finding how to turn off all lights as 2 wall lights are operated by a fused switch on the socket panel above the dressing table. Bar - with 2 functions on there was only 1 barman, he could have used some help to keep the queue down. Food - standard pub type food, we all enjoyed it. Sleep - very compfy bed and pillows and only distant road noise with the window wide open. Apart from the room not being clean any other less positive points above are very minor. We had a very nice stay and I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again."

"We stayed for one night whilst travelling through. The staff we met were welcoming, friendly and helpful. Our room was fresh, tasteful, well equipped and very clean. We had a full cooked breakfast which was perfectly cooked and the service was faultless. We would definitely stay again and have no hesitation in recommending The Spilman Hotel. We marked down comfort slightly from Excellent to Good because we had a very hot night (August) the fan in room was very welcome but not sure if our mattress was memory foam or not but,although comfortable, we did find it hot to sleep on. Just our personal preference. "
