"The view from our room was incredible - we had the family suite and it was lovely and spacious. Staff were lovely and helpful and catered to every need. The cracked ceiling needs to be fixed though as it didn’t look great."

"On arrival reception explained that they had problems with their emails etc and when they received my realised they had no ground rooms available. "A very different experience, a shame it was November so the weather wasn't great, but still a great experience. Would definately recommend flip flops for the bus stop showers, as that floor was a tad painful. And a shame the shower with a view had suffered in the last freeze, would be great in summer. ..."
