We really enjoyed our 3 night stay. Staff are exceptional, breakfast and evening meal was excellent, room very comfortable and well equipped. Can't wait to see the place after refurb, will definitely stay again and would thoroughly recommend.

They are renovating in the new year!
We chose this hotel for the parking and location. It is 2 miles from the hotel to the pier. It’s in a quiet location. We’ve stayed here previously! The hotel is under new management and they are closing in the new year to renovate. At the moment it is very tired and in need of the renovation so we’re looking forward to seeing what they do to change it from being an old Premier Inn. The bed was comfortable and you can control the heating. Breakfast was freshly cooked but limited. They ran out of weetabix and only whole milk on offer! Some things lacked organisation eg the bin for the cereal boxes was not close to where you need it. Hopefully these little things will change, they’ve only had the hotel a couple of weeks. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Hopefully once renovated this has the potential of being a great place to stay and eat.

Comfortable stay at Craigside Inn
Friendly and helpful staff made us feel very welcome, comfy rooms though a bit dated. good food, plenty of car parking spaces, will definitely stay here again
