"The staff were amazing and helpful. I came to do my family tree research as my Great Grandfather was born in Llandovery as was his family. So nice to go to a few places where they were born and died."

"Staff very friendly, helpful and professional. Room was clean and comfy. There was some cobwebs in bathroom and on first night accidentally spilt some tea on duvet but this was not changed when room was serviced next morning. But would stay there again the food was very nice and the pool was lovely. ..."

Nice place
"Nice place lots of history in there. Must be a nightmare to keep running and I take my hat off to them for that. Food good, nice atmosphere, good facilities, the Spa is great. Rooms just a bit chintzy for me,"

"Really cosy and gorgeous little cottage! Bedroom was really comfy, ceiling a little low in parts if you’re 6.4’ and above! Breakfast was a nice easy fix. The view was excellent and the shared gardens were peaceful. Lawrence was helpful and welcoming."

We liked the fact that we could walk short distances and get to a choice of places for dinner. The town square was very pretty.
