Very nice and clean place! Capsule can get a little hot during the night, otherwise you have a clean, private environment. Bathroom is very clean!

Nice, quiet place in an interesting neighborhood. Use the citywide Wi-Fi to find it if you don’t have a data plan. No reception desk, but the cleaning lady made sure I had plenty of towels. Mercator supermarket nearby. Check out the cafe at the Ethnographic Museum.

very clean and simple to check in. the AC was strong in the hallways but the capsules were still very hot. we had to sleep with the door opened a bit or else it was unbearable in this heatwave. i would come back but not in very hot summer.

Please don’t advertise having air conditioning when it’s only in the lobby, not the individual capsules. Felt like I was in a sauna in the capsule, which was unbearable in the summer heat, and was literally hotter than outside. Had to leave the door open to get some air during the night, which ruined the privacy. Otherwise, if this issue was fixed, would have been a nice stay given the location and amenities.

Loved my capsule! I was in Ljubljana for two nights and stayed here. I thought it was really fun and different and it was a bargain for the price. The bathroom is shared but was spotlessly clean at all times. Fantastic location - few minutes walk to the bus and train station and snot 5-10 minutes walk to the Old Town. I arrived really early on the day and my capsule wasn't ready. I was given a locker to put my stuff in and was allowed to check in earlier than advertised. Staff were reachable on the phone instantly and were kind and helpful. A great find of a hotel in an great city. 10 out of 10.

I wasn't sure what to expect going to Ljubljana, but wanted to stay a few days. I saw the capsul hostel and booked 3 nights. It was close to the train and bus station. Has a little store just next to the garage. When you arrive, you use the provided code to open the door. There are doors marked 0 to 3. Each door leads to the different numbered capsules so you just find the right door and once inside you have clearly marked capsules and lockers. All the capsule rooms are connected as the bathroom with showers are together. The same code opens your locker and capsule. Inside the capsule i had was a tv, headphones, three light switches, power outlet. The bed was made up and you have towels and a towel you can use to stand on exiting the shower. It was clean and i really appreciated the staff. I highly recommend a stay.

The air conditioning doesn't work in the capsules only in the common ateas. Many people were sleeping with their doors open at night to cool down. Also the shower water temperature was lukewarm not hot.

My only recommendation is: don’t stay here! The rooms have no AC and since it’s a capsule it’s completely inhumane to stay in a capsule without AC or windows. We were several people that slept with the doors open to get some air from the common area.. we had to go out several times in the night to breath. The support/service was terrible. The only good thing is that everything was very clean!

Incredible customer service, fantastic room

The hotel was great! I LOVED my little capsule that could fit 2 people comfortably. There is a tv and headphones to listen to the TV as to not disturb the people in the other capsules. The entire place was super silent so good for light sleepers. Everyone that was there was super respectful of others. I felt so comfortable that I extended my stay for a second night. **BUT** I need to highlight the level of customer service provided. Check in was easy, one you fill out the online form emailed to you they will give you a code that will let you inside of the hotel. This code will also open your capsule and storage locker for your suitcase. Where they go above and beyond is as follows: I left all my money in the safe, and when I say all, I mean ALL. I even had extra cash for any possible emergencies. I only noticed when I was about to cross the Croatian border at Dobova. I messaged them and they actually had been trying to call me, it didn’t go through because I shut my American number off as to not incur any international fees. I got on the next train back to Ljubljana and the property manager met me there personally to give me my things. To my absolute delight, my things were completely undisturbed. They asked me what my plan was, and I told them I was going to try and get back on the train to Zagreb. They then offered me to stay another night in one of their biggest and best rooms at an incredible discount to what I paid for my regular room! They they were super accommodating

Um quarto econômico.

Um bom custo benefício. É salutar indicar que o quarto, mesmo que o superior, é muito pequeno. O banheiro compartilhado é misto. Sugiro que entre em contato antes do checkin para conseguir o pin code para entrar no seu alojamento. Como era o preço mais em conta na cidade, achei bem limpo e muito confortável a cama, mesmo em um ambiente muito pequeno.
