"This property appears to have remodeled and non remodeled apartments. Apt 9 is not remodeled and on the third floor ( no elevator). The bath and bedroom ceilings slope and are dangerous for anyone over 6’. They claim it has three twin beds but it’s really two twins and a cot. This apt comes with no hand soap ( I’ve stayed in hotels in Cambodia and Laos that provide hand soap), no dish soap, no sponge or dish towel to clean dishes ( kitchen did have one hand towel. "The residence is located at very short walking distance from Livigno centre and near to all main sky/bike lifts facilities. Grocery and most shops are also at short walking distance. Apartments are well kept, neat, well furnished and functional. Size is not extremely big but adequate for the scope (2 adults + 2 kids) as you are not supposed to stay much indoor in a place as Livigno. The owner/manager is very friendly, efficient and available to help. "

"After four previous visits to Livigno, this was the worst accomodation we have experienced there. On arriving at the apartment we realised there was only a curtain in the bathroom which stopped short of the window sill by about a 6". When sat on the toilet, the people in the hotel next door could wave to you as you pondered. "The apartment itself was very nice. However, it was very difficult to find as there was no name or even the door number at the front of the building. In fact the actual number showing was 285 and we were searching for 315. The apartment itself was down the side of the road at the back of the building. After asking several people, we eventually found it. (One and a half hours later!!) I’m afraid the office staff were not very helpful. "

"Not made welcome by staff except the chiefs at breakfasts and young receptionist who made the only effort all week to communicate with our skiing group of four. "This hotel is fine. Next to the slopes . A few steps to get up to the lift . Livigno is good, plenty of scope for skiing . We did half board , but wouldn’t next time . The resort is much cheaper than France. So eating out was cheap . The food in the hotel was fine … but not really to our taste . We parked underground at the hotel . Room was basic , …but fine .
