"We had a great stay here. Brilliant location for attending a gig at the University but equally easy to walk into liverpool for shopping and sightseeing. Nice to have a small kitchen instead of just a hotel room. Would definitely stay again. "

"Saw a lot of negative reviews after I'd booked bit before I stayed. Was pretty nervous. Have to say though I was very happy with the place. I stayed in apartment 37, and though there was definitely a smell in the bathroom, dodgy drains etc, fixed this problem pretty much by giving the toilet a good bleaching. The freezer was heavily frozen over, I'm guessing it wasn't closing properly. Beyond those issues though I would recommend this place, views are pretty unbeatable in Liverpool, I loved...

"The hot was was simply warm - not hot at all. Every day we were there, from 5am there was a constant stream of bin lorries collecting glass ehich made it impossible to sleep from that time. There are also industrial.aircon or kitchen extractor units outide some.of the windows making it really noisy"

"Couldnt fault these apartment's clean comfortably stay Within walking distance to bars and restaurants "

"Lovely property and very spacious. Comfortable beds . The only two issues were I asked that the heating be on before we arrived ( but it was not ) so the place took a couple of hours to warm up and the apartment was locked ( check in said it would be unlocked ) so we had to wait for 15 minutes until someone came with a key. However, The Queen Suite is really nice and we would definitely stay again "

"The property was fine for the most part. Clean. The street it is on is a construction site at the moment and so it is really noisy from very early. The apartment itself was nice although there was no remote control on the apartment for the television. We had chosen to have a gaming night before going out yet the hdmi port had been doctored and removed. "Stunning renovations. Very stylish and comfortable rooms. I collect antique typewriters, and there was a beautiful poster of a bright red antique typewriter in the bathroom. A vintage telephone was on a night table beside the king sized bed. The room was very comfortable and quiet."

Room Comfortable

"The room was amazing room 122.Comfy bed a little bit high off the floor though.Room was lovely and Warm,toilet was nice with toiletries the shower old but good power.Tv not working but lots of lovely mirrors lamp on bedside and hairdryer too.No Kettle with teas/coffees and biscuits and No bin. The Person on Reception Luc Didnt tell us It was a Maze to get to Our room and A Block and B Block the Signs very Misleading and Up and Downstairs."

"Fantastic stay and was made to feel very welcome! The hotel looked stunning with all of the Christmas decorations and the staff were super lovely, kind and helpful. The ambiance at the hotel is very relaxing and would thoroughly recommend this as a hotel to stay in if you are visiting Liverpool. My only slight critique would be that the grout on the lower tiles in the shower were a bit dirty and discoloured which for a hotel of this standard I would have expected the shower to be completely clean but it wouldn’t prevent me staying at the hotel again as everything else was great. "
