"My husband and I booked a room at Panos Suites for our stay in Parikia. However, when we were picked up from the port, we were asked/told that there was a "bigger apartment" for us, which we were told was nearby where we had originally booked and where we were anticipating staying for our trip. "Anna from Mersina was so on top of it from the get go. Everything was ready for us when we arrived by the 7:25 am ferry, even though we were early. She gave us loads of helpful tips, which made our experience on the island way better than it would have been if she hadn't shared her knowledge of the island with us. "The accommodations and service at Legato Spa Suites was outstanding! Somehow I missed the part about there being a steam shower, whirlpool and sauna in every room when I made the booking. Plus our breakfast for two was enough for 6 or 8 and was hand delivered to our room. The staff was top notch and catered to all of our requests. "A beautiful, clean hotel with the fruendliest staff.The two young women who worked at the reception were helpful, friendly and always willing to answer any questions. "We were lucky to get a room as we werent meant to go to Naxos, due to issues with ferries, we ended up there. Last minute availability for these rooms that was booked 2 hours before we arrived. The receptionist was super helpful and made light of the stressful suitation. Overall they made us feel better with the impromtu stop in Naxos. "

"This hotel was a real unexpected surprise for us: it was sensational. The pool area and restaurant was stunning. It was a lite out of town but provided a free shuttle anytime we wanted: both ways. The hotel even provided a shuttle after we had booked out and let us take a towel to the beach for the afternoon. (Room 103!)"

"GEM. Very happy we stayed here. The room and every area of the hotel is sparkling clean! Great location as its slightly off the main road. Walkable to anything you need, including the beach. Wish we could of stayed for more than 3 nights. Lovely breakfast. Friendly staff. Strongly reccomend. "
