"It was an amazing hotel from the start from C/I they already knew we were related ie my brother had checked in earlier. C/I staff was friendly and they had mentioned that my room was finished and IPed, but my brother's room has not yes been IPed, so my brother and his partner went to go sit down at the bar. The room was suprisingly spacious for myself living alone. Nice table, sofa was amazing to have in the room, big nice king bed with nice blankets and nice electronic sheer and curtains. "

"An amazing stay in Kevin's old house, the room was lovely, large and had nice furniture and all the features needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were amazing throughout the stay, helping wherever they can. The location is easily accessible to train stations and metro to the wider Shanghai area with two metro stations nearby. The breakfast was great and we are looking forward to staying there again when we can next visit Shanghai"

"Great service right from the start to the finish, accommodation was clean. Home delivery food was very delicious they listened attentively to all the requests made. Complimentary fruit every evening, minibar and an upgrade! Will definitely come for longer when I next visit Shanghai. Will be recommending to friends and family. Also all designer stores at your footstep and fully equipped gym "

"URBN Boutique Shanghai hotel was as lovely as the photos in our Expedia booking website. Our room had lots of reclaimed wood on the floors and walls, spectacular tiles on the floor, many noticeable details that made it look modern but also comfortable. The shower floor and walls look like gray slate and it was really big with an overhead rainfall shower as well as a hand held shower head. There was also a deep and long bathtub in the room which we used as well. Our window looked out on to a row...
