Nor could I reach the property manager even hotels.com couldn’t reach them either and we had to be placed in a hotel away from the beach. We called the property manager, we sent emails and all. Luckily we had family there too that we could stay with the first night until our hotel was situated. Another red frag was the very lack of communication prior to arrival...
