I was robbed and my vehicle was vandalized on the designated hotel parking lot. The security camera was not dependable enough to record the whole parking lot. It was like someone knew where the blindspots were.

I sincerely appreciated the kindness extended to us, both on the phone and in person. Our special requests were not a problem, and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Staff was friendly & helpful. Continental breakfast was really good! Our room was quiet & comfortable & clean. Convenient walk to tons of restaurants. They did charge $11 for parking but my experience was so good I'm going to let that go. 5 stars!

Our room was clean except for a can of beer left in the fridge and a packet of coffee hanging from our light fixture. Not sure what was going on there. The beds were super firm. The pullout mattress had no padding. We had to put a comforter on it but it was still straight springs. Customer service was good. The employees were polite.
