"Would give this property and staff a 6 out of 5 star review. Staff was very accommodating, helpful, pleasant, friendly. The grounds are so well kept, the beach is literally on the other side of parking lot, not even a two minute walk. The pool area so clean and tidy, everything is just like the photos show. The staff is excellent. "

"Sonesta Mobay is great for all groups, however, it was an awesome bestie birthday celebration! The manager and workers made my day feel like it was a holiday. There was a mistake made with my original booking but they upgraded me to the 10th floor. The advantages of 9th and 10th floor are sweet for girl trips! My first time in St. Martin, but it wasn’t my last time and that's because of experience and interactions with staff. Loved it there!"

"Beautiful weather and comfortable room. Staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I booked the room (which was fine) without knowing where it was located. We were on top of the hill on the backside of the building looking into nothing which wasn't great. I would stay again if I could book a room looking out at the ocean and not on top of the hill. It became a nuisance walking up and down the hill many times each day. Would highly recommend the resort!"

"Out of the way from other businesses and restaurants but resort has rverything includig stores and bistros and bars. Wonderful beach, pool, great views, and fabulous food a nd food choices. Bothered by the "service charge" on all purchases plus bill asked for a tip as well in top of that!"

"We travel a lot and we agreed this was one of our favorite vacations ever. The apartment was comfortable, we loved the balcony, the staff was so accommodating, the restaurant was good, the on-site entertainment was enjoyable, the beach is one of the best we’ve ever been on anywhere (and the fact beach chairs are assigned for the week is convenient and eliminates a lot of hassle). Did wish the water for showers and washing dishes was warmer - it doesn’t get hot enough to wash dishes properly. And while comfortable, the apartments very much need to be updated. "
