"This is a very nice and cosy boutique hôtel close the city center, at the bottom of the famous Citadelle. Rooms are very comfortable (decoration style is bold… you like it or not) and the real cherry on the cake is an excellent and affordable restaurant on site. Staff is super friendly and helpful. It was not my first time there and it won’t be the last."

Despite the fact that these emails did not bounce back we were told that they had not been received. We expected the convenience of a meal at the hotel as promised on the Expedia website. Apparently these have not been available since January. "

"農家？をホテルに改装したブティックホテルで田舎にある立地とともに雰囲気を感じることができる。 部屋もスイーツだったので、十分な広さとおしゃれな内装で満足できるものだった。しかし、給湯器にエラーメッセージが点灯しており、ヒーター、給湯とも作動できず、レセプションに人もいないため、手の施しようがなく、寒い中就寝することとなった。また、1/1の宿泊だったためレストランは休業で、周辺のスーパーマーケットも休業だったため晩御飯が買ってあった少量のパンのみでひもじい思いをした。 立地的に周辺の街にも遠くレストランもないため、1/1であってもオーベルジュとしてレストランの営業をのぞみます。 レセプションを省力化することについて、エコに対しての姿勢は認めますが、そうであれば、なおさら設備のメンテナンス、作動状況の確認はしっかりと実施していただきたいと思います"
