"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. "Another fantastic stay, we have stayed here multiple times and have always had a great time, the location is excellent and it’s a lovely walk to Sutton Harbour and The Barbican through the Hoe park and along the coast and it only takes 10 minutes."

Amazing

"The hotel is stunning specially that it was built 1863. The room a amazing size, guess does go by what you choose and paid for. Wifi has work all time I've been here. I am writing this review while I am still there. Staff have been super friendly. Highly recommend. 100% definitely coming back. Will like to add Aj at the receptionist has been super friendly and helpful."

What a find!

"Such an amazing spot with views over the beach and cove. 10 minutes from Newquay airport makes it so convenient when flying over. Food is excellent, and service standards high. I'm not even cross they forgot our dessert order, which would normally frustrate me and might put some off. Rebooking as soon as I can!"
