The staff was helpful. The room did not have a desk or a chair. The property was not soundproof - the elevator was so loud it sounded like construction work, and you could hear people going up and down the stairs.

They asked us for more money at the check-in as provided by expedia in the reciept. Paid 4£extra per room. Also, the rooms had some foul smell and bathroom gates were not closing etc.

Nice to have laundry but the washers were always full of housekeepings sheets and towels. The access to a kitchen was also nice. Having a bathroom not in the room was very inconvenient. And having skeleton keys in imprecise and noisy locks was a bother. The area is fine, especially the Cafe Deskina just across the street.

Clean and reasonably quiet. Each floor had a couple kitchens and a two person table for dining (any meals, teas/coffees you need to prepare yourself). No breakfast was offered. There are some take-aways, restaurants and cafes near by.
