Great hotel in a top location with easy walking distances to key sites in Lisbon. Clean quiet room, friendly helpful staff and excellent breakfast selection. Highly recommend this hotel.

This was a wonderful hotel, Friendly staff. Walkable area with many places to dine and public transportation. To touristy locations, its about 25 min walking. You can absolutely take transport or a Bolt.

Excelent Stay
It's a modern, well located, well connected, and not pretentious hotel. The mattress was excellent as well as the shower. There was plenty of white towels, which I loved, the continental breakfast well above average. I do recommend it.

The neighbourhood is not good. Several homeless. Doesn't feel safe for a solo traveler. The staff at the hotel is not customer centric and not oriented to satisfy the guests and providing an amazing client experience. No flexibility at all. I needed an adaptor for the electricity and they could not provide free an adaptor. They had to charge me 5 euros that would be refunded upon departure when returning the adaptor. First of all hotels today should have USB plugs in the furniture. This was very insulting and not acceptable as a policy. Water bottles not replenish every day, had to buy water bottles. Very cheap service offered...Noisy, not sound proof... Will not return and will not recommend to any friends or family for that price.

Wonderful clean hotel with a superb breakfast with incredible pastel de note and fresh fruits and so many foods. The air conditioning was tricky to get working but worked well once we asked for help. Very clean and great staff! It is so close to Tram 28 also!!!

Neue Hotelanlage, leider nicht in bester Umgebung (Metro Anjos 50 m entfernt) ....viele Neapalesen/Inder und Sozialabhängige in der unmittelbaren Nähe. Zimmer klein, aber top Zustand. Regendusche, großes Queensizebed, kleine Ablagemöglichkeit, großer TV und ruhig. Toll, wirklich empfehlenswert

Ótima localização e custo-benefício
Estadia rápida de apenas 1 noite. Não chegamos a provar o café da manhã, mas o atendimento foi excelente, o quarto estava impecável e a localização do hotel é excelente, bem próximo ao aeroporto.

청결하고 조용하고 조식이 깔끔하고 맛있게 나와요 관광지에서 가깝고 메트로도 2분거리에 있어서 어디든지 이동하기 편합니다 새벽 체크아웃이었는데 조식 못먹는다고 따끈한 빵을 싸주셔서 맛있게 잘 먹었어요 노숙자들이 많은 동네라는 후기가 있어서 위험할까봐 걱정했는데 전혀 걱정없는 위치입니다 공항과도 10분도 안되는 가까운 곳입니다
