We loved our stay at Hotel Moon & Sun! The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Any requests that we made for more pillows, water, or assistance were immediately addressed. They even had umbrellas available to guests to use on rainy days which was very thoughtful. The hotel was very clean, modern, centrally located, and safe. I will definitely stay here again the next time we are in Lisbon and would highly recommend!

The location was nice, close to a lot of the tourist attractions we were planning on going to. We walked everywhere. Some things that weren’t great was we could hear our neighbors which I’m assuming they could hear us. Yokes! Each day the room was serviced, we didn’t receive some necessities like shampoo, toilet papers, face towels, make up remover and replenish tea bags. I would have to ask and some of these items they were out of. Overall it was okay for the price. The location was the selling point! A Mantegeira was around the corner and has the yummiest pastéis de nata!

Terrific location. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and location was perfect for walking to see Lisbon's key attractions. There are so many excellent restaurants within walking distance as are shops.

We knew it was a smaller, boutique hotel. It had great reviews, and we loved the location. When we arrived, the two young men in the reception were very helpful, and treated us to a glass of delicious ginginha. They helped us with our luggage to our room. In the room we saw a place of delicious and beautifully arranged snacks, and a handwritten welcome card. The room was large enough, the bathroom on a smaller side, but very elegant, modern and super clean. We loved the balcony and the expansive view from it. This location is stellar and we could not be happier with our stay. The breakfast we opted in for was very good, with great selection and varieties of things served each morning, freshly baked on site.

It's a brand newly renovated hotel in the middle of all, attractions, restaurants etc are all in walkable distance. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We had a great time staying at this place and would highly recommend it to others.

Adorable little hotel in a great location. Walkable to many locations in downtown Chiado/Baxia like Pink Street, Time Out Market and Rossio Square to name a few. Balcony room view was gorgeous. Room was a bit small, but it didn't bother us. Valet parking helped us significantly during our stay as many other hotels don't offer parking accommodations. This hotel does. Joao was the kindest staff member we encounter and helped us many times throughout our stay. Complimentary breakfast had a large variety of food and was excellent. Would definitely stay here again. Although, I think it might be important to mention for others that it can get a bit noisy in the mornings. This hotel is situated on a busy street. The morning traffic sounds didn't bother us, but for those who are more sensitive sleepers it might be a problem. Not sure if this is because we had a balcony room facing the very busy street or not? Overall excellent hotel. Would definitely come back and stay again.
