Out of all of the hotels we stayed at during our trip in Portugal, this was by the far my least favourite. We were greeted with a clump of hair and dirty towels when we entered our room, you can hear everything from the other rooms all night, they are doing construction in the building right next to our room and it looks like a dungeon when you get off the elevator to go to your room. I would definitely not recommend this hotel

We stayed for only one night but had a great stay in Lisbon and very much enjoyed this hotel. Early check-in was arranged by extremely helpful and friendly staff. Family room was great size with wonderful bathroom and all amenities. Hotel was clean, modern and great location. Really positive memories, would certainly recommend for stays in Lisbon.

We very much like the employees. They are friendly and helpful. However, we were very disappointed by our room, 308, on the black floor. We felt it was depressing and the bathroom was absurd and dangerous. A glass door with no door jamb that doesn’t fully close? A shower with no fixed shower head? Black carpet? We will refuse such a room in the future.
