Both the property and staff are wonderful. It has lots of old world charm but with the advantage that all the modern amenities (e.g. WIFI, plumbing etc) work perfectly. The fresh morning breakfast is outstanding, especially when compared to the usual stuff in US hotels. The location in the Chiado is wonderful. Endless dining and shopping options. Extremely close to metro options. Just a wonderful spot to base your Lisbon visit.

This is an outstanding little boutique hotel in the heart of the old town of Lisbon. We highly recommend the property. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, the property is well-maintained and the staff are lovely. Breakfast is a treat in their beautiful breakfast room. The staff stayed open for a late check-in for us at 12 AM and still carried our bags upstairs where we were greeted with the local delicacy Pasteis de Nata. AMAZING!

We received recommendations about historic sites, transportation, restaurants and transfers to/from the airport, all which were perfect for us. The room was large with nice washroom amenities.
