"The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our rooms were great - spacious with everything we needed for our week long stay. Breakfast was varied and very tasty. We didn’t use the restaurant during the day/ evening as Winterthur has excellent dining options. Nothing to do with the hotel, but major roadworks were taking place in Wartstrasse which sometimes made it difficult to enter/ exit the road. However, we explored alternatives and found our way around. "

"The property is truly unique and situated in a gorgeous location. The decor is very well done with a nod to the past and appropriate updates that merge both perfectly. The food menu is limited but everything was delicious. Breakfast is wonderful and the staff helpful and friendly."

"Great spot!! Parking included is a huge plus as parking in Switzerland can be very expensive. The family room was actually 2 adjoining rooms which we loved as a family of 5 we booked 2 family rooms which was 4 rooms and 4 bathrooms. Breakfast was amazing. "
