"The single lane driveway to the property is a treacherous/slippery downhill drive. Unit sleeps 6 people but manager charged me $30 for extra bed that is filthy. Included breakfast is only coffee & toast. No choice but to buy their food, pricey $9 per person. Not a resort; No activities; No services! Not worth a 2nd night stay!! "

"While the property has beautiful views of Taygaytay lake, the hotel was empty on arrival and it seemed that they were not expecting any guests at the time. While I understand checkin was 3pm and we arrived around noon, it was fairly disappointing that on an empty hotel they were no able to accomodate us for early checkin which wasn't even early at all. "1st day our locks at the door did not work amd they to call in maintenance to repair it. We were checked in the sky king suite. Breakfast was wonderful and staff were all very polite and accomodating. The bathtub had a malfunction that did not drain the water. There was also an occurance where the water stopped working momentarily. The view is to die for!"
