"Arrived late at night to a warm welcome so didn’t have dinner, and unfortunately left early in the morning so didn’t have breakfast. The room was comfortable and my request fro a quiet room was met . The guy on night reception Vivian I think, was absolutely lovely , really helpful an welcoming. "Superb location for Charleroi airport, 5 minute car ride. Here on business and it was a nice stay. Clean big rooms, friendly staff and high level cuisine in the restaurant. I even came back in the same week as needed to stop one more night near airport. Highly reccomended and my go to Charleroi Airport stop over."

"You definitely get what you pay for on this one. Rooms are dated and cold. Bathroom smelled of cigarettes and shower clearly hadn’t been cleaned in months. Breakfast: 16€ per person was a basic European breakfast old greasy bacon sitting in a pan next to a pan of eggs which appeared to have also been there since breakfast started. The fresh juice and coffee was the best part."

"Nice hotel in rural area of Waloon Belgium. Convenient location to visit Waterloo as well as Waloon rural communities. Nice environmentally conscious touches. "Beware the pictures showing a pullout couch. Not all rooms, despite being labeled suites, have one (and the alternative is like a double chair, thinly padded, too narrow to sleep on and uncomfortable even as a place to just sit). The front desk staff after some confused promises over several days eventually provided us with a room that did have a true pull-out one. If you need one, contact the hotel directly. "Two night stay. Overall hotel fabulous, but we felt the evening buffet wasn't up to the standards of the hotel! We were missing a kettle and the hairdryer in our room, this wasn't a huge problem as we were on the ground floor near the bar."

"WE have stayed here a couple of times. The hotel is modern and comfortable. There is also a Spa which seems to be very popular. There is a lively scene in the bar and restaurants which seemed to be used a lot by locals . It is south of Brussels and about a 40 min drive to the airport depending on traffic."
