"My stay was good, but not perfect. The reception is very friendly, very helpful. The rooms were nice but few things were missing; no tissues, no AC while the room was very warm, no shower gels. The shower area had a half glass door which made it difficult to shower without having the water being poured everywhere. However, it is a nice a location, close to the mentro station, and very friendly staff. "

"I liked how they gave the hotel room names, not just room numbers. I wish my room looked the same as the room pictured in the ads. mine looked "older". my room was very clean and I liked having the kitchenette. "Stayed here for three nights in June during Euro 24. Great location on the banks of The Rhine, with a short stroll to the city centre. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and there's a great indoor/outdoor rooftop terrace for drinks and pizza/bratwurst."
