"Nice accommodations for the price. Very basic. Staff not that helpful. Room was in a different building from check in and even though there was a golf cart out front they wouldn’t help take bags to the room. "

"2回目の滞在。部屋は質素そのものだが必要十分であり、他と比べると料金も納得。室内にキッチンがあり、地下室には洗濯機もあるので2週間の滞在に最適だと思い選択した。現地スタッフはおらず、すべてオンラインでのやり取りだったが、特に支障はなかった。地下の洗濯機室の鍵をリクエストしておくと良い。今回に限ってだと思うが、建物入口ドアのオートロックが故障(素通り)。エレベーターが2度故障(ただし翌日には復旧)。ドイツならではな感じで、この程度の不自由を楽しめるくらいのゆとりが持てると良い。"

"The four star Bulow Residenz is one minute walk down the road from the five star Bulow Palais. When we stayed at the Residenz the reception desk was only staffed for some of the day, so when checking out in the morning we had to walk to the Palais. It felt we were rather alone in the Residenz. But the reception member of staff at the Palais was extremely helpful and friendly and he answered all my questions."

"What a great stay! The Staff Amazing, (Thanks Udo) for all the information and recommendations. We normally don’t do breakfast let alone a buffet but buffet at their sister property is a do not miss! Make sure you ask for Eggs Benedict wonderful. A washer in the unit was wonderful, let staff know and they will bring you a drying rack. Location is perfect, close to sites and a moderate walk from the HBF. You won’t be disappointed thanks Udo for a great stay. "

"The hotel is in a prime location, surrounded by beautiful buildings and lots of shops. The bakery around the corner makes some amazing cookies and other sweets. The hotel itself has many luxurious elements, though if you get a room on the first floor, you'll have to walk through their conference facilities.
