"The staff and overall condition of the facility were excellent. The food was also quite good and reasonably priced for DC. We discovered shortly after check-in that the bathroom sink was badly clogged. We asked first thing the next morning for it to be fixed, but they never got to it. We didn't have a functioning sink during our stay, which was a huge pain in the neck. We'll give this property another chance at some point, but with some hesitation."

"Check in was nice. Room was clean & bed was really comfy. The staff was really nice from doorman, receptionist, barista, and cleaning staff. I booked the room when they had a special on rooms. Hotel was walking distance to the Capital one arena. The only thing is I wish they had an onsite garage. Parked up the street in garage. The walk to the hotel wasn’t bad though. I would stay here again."

"I love the hotel but the first time we stayed there was the room was fabulous. This time that we became it was just like a regular hotel. There was nothing special about it. I don’t know whether because I chose the street view, but I think that the room stayed in was the George Washington, which I loved, but the biggest thing about the hotel is that it did not have the restaurant we were looking forward to ordering room service instead we had to go to Pages try to find some food to be delivered...
