It is one of the least expensive options , rooms are of reasonable size, with operational appliances ( Tv, coffee machine, microwave) internet is good. Convenient location for hikes in Franconia notch, walking distance to Indian head trail, 5 min drive to Lincoln and Kancamagus scenic highway. Stayed in other properties in the past but this lodging quality/ price is excellent.

It is inexpensive and clean. We have stayed there many times. I also like that the room is a little large than most motel rooms.

Needed a place to stay after a long travel night and this was perfect. Owner went out of his way to make sure I had what I needed even with a late arrival. Room was as expected for the price. Will look here again next time I'm in the area.

Good value and location

I chose this hotel for the cost (low) and location. It was a good value and centrally located. The family that runs the place was kind and accommodating. The room was certainly old but felt clean and had a nice view out the back.

The motel is a bit old and some things are outdated, but my room was very clean and the guy working at the front desk was polite and helpful. Overall I can't complain for $66 per night.
