"Loved property, staff very friendly helpful.. problems for them to address: Dinner at Nautilo awful. Must be new chef: our 2 sreals were woefully undercooked ant sent back, another payron found his ribs also undercooked.....breakfast there eas fine...pool nice, needs gym...disliked shag carpeting in bedroom...our AC in bedroom so weak as to be ineffectual...Rm2010...and during heatwave it was unbearable. We stayed at this 5star hotel specifically for promise of AC... "

"Arrived before 11pm, exhausted after a long hard drive! Total confusion as there are two separate Hotels with the same name! Security guard showed me and let me in the underground car park but on check in was told it was the other hotel, same company but the other side of a busy road! I’m disabled and on crutches carrying my bags. The kind security man escorted me across to the other hotel! Redemption! The receptionist had been expecting me, handed me my electronic key but then said he could switch me to a ground floor room. There was a lift but he said this would be better for me as it had a disabled friendly bathroom! He carried my bags and checked out the room, went and got me a bottle of water and some chocolate!!! I was out like a light! Well done that man… 👍💕"

"The room was really nice with a beautiful bathroom. We ate at the restaurant and had a high quality meal. The room was a little expensive but it was nice."

"Great apartment, beautiful natural light. Comes with a fully stocked kitchen. The room was a good size so we didn't feel stuck in a small space. Easy to get codes and get in and out. Close to the bus which takes you directly to town in less than 40 minutes. The main train station is 11-12 minutes away but easy to get to as well. The only downfall is there really isn't anything nearby for shopping or restaurants. There was an awesome snitzel place about 15 minutes away though and thr restaurant downstairs was good food and decent portions! Overall, we'd definiteiy stay again if we come back."

"Hotel is very short walk into town. Dtaff all very polite in texeption. Did find dinner in the restaurant very very slow service but food was excellent. Room with view over river very nice. Cant believe there is no a/c though"

"Great hotel. Minibar included in rate as dining room under renovation. Area not so nice, but not an issue and the 11th floor bar was affordable and has a 5 star view! "
