Breakfast was ready early which was great since we were leaving at 5, clean, comfotable beds, terrible water pressure and uneven floors in the room and hall , floor in bathroom really creaky like u could fall thru. Very reasonable would probably stay again

Outside doors didn't lock. Room smelled. Router for the TV didn't work. Room just seemed dirty. If it wasn't pain for in advance and we weren't so tired we would have looked elsewhere.

This an older hotel. The room had been remodeled. It was clean and the area was typical to Limon, CO. The back door of the hotel didn’t appear to be able to be locked. It was an okay place to stay, nothing special. Breakfast was the standard fare.

Place looks run down which I can live with. It was not super clean. My room smelled like mold so I left the window open. Towels were dirty. One bed was dirty. Bathroom was clean. Slept fine. When I expressed my experience to the clerk his response was "oh, was it?"
