Access was great, really good! The apartment was warm and comfortable too. We did notice that the room smelled in the first 24 hours of our stay, couple quote figure out why. We did wonder if it was to do with the sink which was very slow to drain even after the tap had been on for a short time.

Smooth checkin, staff not 24/7, stains found

The stay is well, checked in over the phone smoothly, room condition is good and tidy. Pros: Extra items are accessible at basement for self service (toothbrushes, cotton pads, sanitary products, extra towels/ pillows); good kitchen space; limited but enough breakfast items; noice isolating is good (or no one is living next door) Cons: Some minor stains on pillow case/ towels/ toilet tissue rollw. Staff are not accessible 24/7, they would be working on normal working hours only (starts replying at about 9am); Hot water goes cold after 15 minutes into shower; after paying €20 for delayed check out, the access code on phone has disappeared, have to call the contact number to re-enter the room after 12pm.

Great hotel

Great hotel, comfortable bed. A little annoying there’s no keys but it’s the concept, I will certainly stay again. The breakfast was really good.

This property was ok. The breakfast was very basic, average and self service -the ingredients were provided and the customer did the cooking! It was spacious and the entry system worked well. The technology, TV/Chromecast in the room didn't work and despite bringing it up with the hotel management on the first night, it was never sorted out and never worked. Not a massive issue but annoying nonetheless. Facilites were good, and the hotel had a conference room and space to leave baggage once checked out, if required.

There is no laundry facilities. No washer or dryer. La buanderie only has extra towels, soaps, etc… this is lost in translation. We were disappointed as we were half way thru our trip and booked this thinking we could do our laundry.

L’emplacement/hôtel est bien et j’apprécie le charme historique, mais mon séjour était moins bon que mon premier passage il y a un an. La chambre manquait du lumière (pas beaucoup de lumière si ce n’est les veilleuses, ce qui a posé ). Point noir pour la salle de bain avec une très forte odeur d’égouts et de canalisations.

Expérience incroyable! Hôtel sublime au centre de Limoges, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. L’espace commun est très appréciable avec thé, café, fruit à disposition.

Tout s'est très bien passé, la chambre est spacieuse et le lit très confortable. Petit déjeuné très bien, il manquait juste un peu de salé dans les propositions. Je recommande !

Un cocon ultra cosy

Je recommande à 3000%, je voyageais pour le travail, et c’est exactement ce que je recherchais. la chambre était magnifique, propre, décorée avec goût et très confortable ! J’ai passé une très bonne nuit. L’arrivée autonome est très pratique. Le petit dej était super, les lieux sont vraiment charmants je reviendrais avec grand plaisir !

Où est l’humain ?

Hôtel déshumanisé, aucun salarié sur site (uniquement joignable par téléphone) malgré mon Check in digital, et l accès sans soucis à ma chambre le soir, je suis considérée le lendemain matin comme no show : résultat pas d’accès à ma chambre à 7h30 après avoir pris le petit déjeuner! Autre consequence impossible d obtenir ma facture via la plateforme car je n’aurais pas séjourné malgré mon règlement !

La chambre était très confortable et le lit était particulièrement douillet. J'ai apprécié l'ambiance agréable et conviviale de l'hôtel, notamment grâce à l'espace commun qui met a disposition du café en libre service , un frigo, des couverts et autres. L'ensemble de l'hôtel est bien entretenu et décoré avec goût. L’hôtel est totalement autonome permettant une facilité sur l'accès des chambres et aux différents lieux. Un service client impeccable et efficace pour repondre ou résoudre nos questions/problèmes.

Top qualité ..... mais en rodage

Check in à distance avec problème technique centre appel rapide au top pour y remédier. reception d'un mail me disant pb de lien avec la résa appel le centre d'appel "non pas de pb", arrivée les ouvertures de porte ne fonctionnent pas avec mon téléphone, appel donc au central réponse rapide et efficace. Va et vient défectueux dans la chambre pas de bureau pas d'armoire pour les affaires salle de petit dej petite, produits très bons,mais peu de choix. Après matériaux au top chambre très jolie emplacement royal, agréables services de café à dispo, bagagerie, coin frigo à dispo. En été la terrasse parait agréable. Concept inintéressant mais en rodage. laissons leur encore un an pour s'améliorer.
