The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. We found the room to also be very comfortable (i.e. beds). The shampoo's and soaps were a bit drying for the skin and hair. Overall the hotel was very close to UL and other shopping centers and food.

This is the best hotel for the area. I think this hotel is much cleaner and the vibe is a lot better than Castletroy hotel. I will stay here for my next trip if I am in the area.

The shower was not working. I had to shower in another room and then return to my original room. No ironing board in my original room. I thought at the very least that my breakfast would be paid by the hotel Room was stuffy. It was on the 1st floor/ ground floor, so I did not feel comfortable leaving a window open.

Great gym facility Room was underwhelming as to what was expected. We arrived at a busy time and although room wasn’t ready the staff expedited our check in and room assignment. Service was exceptional. I came down too late to have breakfast before my departure but the friendly staff in the restaurant provided me with a take out box and tea to go. Room was lovely but both the pillows and matress were too firm for me.

Mostly everything was nice with the exception the attendant Joel who was checking me in. I would like to go into more detail but I don’t have enough time to discuss my interaction with him. Frankly don’t want to waste my time. First impressions matter and unfortunately Joel did not impress. If I could have back out of staying here based on my interaction with Joel I would have. The room was okay. Dinner was okay, breakfast was better. All other staff was great outside of Joel. Please do better Joel.

Clean but worn.
Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. For the price I paid, it was very basic. Felt like a low budget hotel room. Furnishings were old and worn. Vinyl flooring in my room with no carpets. Bath countertops were chipped. No washcloths available. And the room was very warm (couldn’t seem to control the temp). I was expecting much higher end accommodations for the price.
