From start to finish, the staff at Miraflores park were cheerful, friendly, eager to assist and attentive to every detail. The rooms was comfortable and well provisioned. The dining options were fantastic and the pisco sour class offered at the bar was amazing. This was our best five star hotel experience to date and deserves a sixth star.

What an incredible stay - we wish we had more time here. First, the property is absolutely gorgeous and the rooms are stunning. We had a suite with ocean views where we could catch the sunset too. The staff went above and beyond - my husband was having breathing issues after arriving from Cusco and they did everything to support him during that time -- from on call doctors to extending our checkout time until our flight departed to constantly checking in on us. I would truly recommend this hotel to everyone --- you will not be disappointed!!!

Everyone was super nice, professional and helpful. Twice daily housekeeping. Gorgeous ocean view. The morning buffet was delicious, beautiful fresh fruit, hot and cold items. Eggs cooked to order. Every staff member I came into contact with was absolutely stellar! The bellman showed me around my room and pointed out important details. The bartender was supreme! I was the only one in the bar and I was reading a book and he turned up the light. He offered tea leaves to relax with tea when I got to my room. He showed me different places I could read if I wanted more privacy or if I wanted to be with people. The hostess at breakfast was attentive and very personal which made me feel so very welcome. At the front desk, I first asked for help to find someone to do a manicure. She offered a shop at Largomar and a small sho nearby. Later another person at the front desk together with the bellman helped me find a pharmacy where I could purchase an antacid. The bellman even offered to run over and get it gif me because I was expecting a driver to take me to the airport. Every step of the way your staff went above and beyond. Upon checking out the bellman took my bags and checked the room to ensure I did not leave anything behind. At the last moment I put my phone down to put on my coat and realized it in the elevator. By the time I returned to my floor the maid had already brought it down to the front desk. I’m a short time I had do many contacts with your staff and each and everyone of them held themselves to the highest standard and did do with ease and Grace. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
