The hotel is in a great location - close to everything in Miraflores but quiet and very safe. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We loved our balcony and the special touches like tea brought to our room just because. Breakfasts are delicious. Would highly recommend this Inn!

Just as it is pictured. Quirky, unique, very clean and lovely. The only downside was there was no heat element in the room, only A/C. So they had to give us a space heater, which worked fine. It was a little damp, but that's to be expected in Lima in the winter.

Charming, cute, and cozy little hotel with only three units. The property is a bit old so it has creaky wooden floors but it wasn’t anything serious. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. My wife and I both loved it and would recommend with two thumbs up.

Great location and incredible staff!!! We had a 3am flight on our way out of Lima and they were incredibly accommodating and held our bags after we checked out. I can’t say enough about the staff here. Very knowledgeable about the neighborhood and had many recommendations for us.

Petit hôtel bien placé. Vraiment sympa. Le bâtiment de trouve à l intérieur d une cour avec une grille. Il n y a pas d insigne avec le nom de l hôtel. Si on arrive le soir il vaut mieux organiser le transfert directement avec l hôtel. Super déjeuner...

Charming building, convenient location, and wonderful staff. The rooftop was a nice surprise and the daily breakfast was a great way to start our day. The only drawback was the plumbing (expected for the area) and the construction on both sides of the hotel.

The hire tricked me to change my dates to another date within the same week. When I arrived the hotel was under full construction and the staff did not provide any excuse or explanation. I had to leave to another hotel and kiss half of the day in Lima. The staff ran my credit card without my consent even though they had a huge construction going on.
