"Parking area needs to be taken care of, there was 2 masive holes with not a cone insight to warm you of them. We also got black ice and the parking area wasn't salted ahead of time and my partner slipped and fell in parking lot."

"The room was great but checkout was frustrating. We prepaid but something was happening on the backend and we had to stand there and wait. The poor girl at the desk was overwhelmed and Oscar the manager was not answering his walkie and never showed up."
