Stunning hotel in the centre of Lille. Perfect location for exploring, shopping and you’ll find plenty of places to eat and drink. We arrived on the Eurostar which was a 5 minute walk to the hotel which is adjoined to a Westfield shopping centre. Lille is a great little city, very pretty and well worth a visit. This hotel is the ideal location to stay when in Lille and I wouldn’t heaping staying here again. It has stunning views across the city and the rooms are comfy with all the amenities you’d quite of an apart hotel.

As it was a family stay with a sofa bed, it would have been nice if the sofa bed was pre-made. This is our first experience travelling around that it wasn't. With a family with children, the floors were terribly dirty. Walk around the room and you'll end up with black feet!

Great view from 11th floor. Very warm inside so it's good that you can open the large window to suit yourself. Decent sized kitchenette to prepare one pan meals (not that you'd need to as there are plenty of good place to eat whatever your budget). Proper fridge and handy microwave/oven combo. Spare folding chair provided so 2/3 can sit at the table/desk to eat. Perfect location as everything is walking distance around this lovely city.

This is one of the best places we've stayed for a great price Within 5 minutes walk of the center of Lille, close to both the normal and TGV train stations and a big shopping mall The staff were brilliant in answering my emails over parking The room was spotless and it's great to have the (small) kitchen area with everything including a dishwasher ! Definitely worth more than 5 stars if you're visiting Lille Just be careful on Google Maps as it suggested the road the hotel is on (Willy Brandt Avenue) was closed when it wasn't - This is where the hotel staff emails were particularly brilliant !
