"This property has no hot water, but that’s common with this type of hotel. No free food or drinks, but their offerings are not expensive. Excellent view of Mayon Volcano from the rooftop dining room, and other restaurants and services are nearby."

"Hotel location is great since it’s close to the airport and to the mall. The only problem was that one time, there was a mouse running around inside the room. Overall, staff was friendly and very accommodating ."

"An amazing vacation with family. Staff were extremely accomodating, kind and very friendly, and I appreciate the hospitality and help rendered throughout our stay. Pool is great, and our dog Carrot definitely loves the aircon and comfortable bed and blankets. We particularly love that the hotel-resort is pet friendly. "It’s new, the hallway is clean and spacious. Staff and guard are courteous. Shuttle service charge is fair. Two things they should work: provide warm shower and an elevator for seniors. "

"Beautiful place and nice room but the moment I opened the door the room wreaked of black mold. I narrowed it down to the air con. A newer model bit obviously never maintained. The mini-fridge too has black mold around the door seal. We stayed one night. I sprayed a ton of body spray and that mostly solved the smell but of course the mold was still in the air. Ive been sick for 3 days after we left. Very unhappy. The sink faucet comes right out. A simple nut would fix it. The sink and shower...

"A gem of a resort tucked away in the suburbs in this buzzing town of Guinobatan in the Bicol Region. Very obliging staff and great food in the restaurant albeit limited to nil in its western breakfast food selection. But why crave cereals in Rome? The swimming pools have a great lay out The rooms are basic but I felt very safe in this guarded resort. Was a great stay!"
