"The initial room was super small and a bit smelly. Surely something you won't expect at a 4/5 stars hotel. They moved me to a better one after I complained and the lady responsible rudely told me that those were the rooms they give to people paying "lower rates" through systems such as hotels.com and that she would have moved me if I had booked through them directly but as they had to pay commissions to the website that was the room they offered. The pool is tiny, worn, with many broken tiles and very little or next to nothing in terms of a space to sun bath and relax whilst offering no privacy from the street.
