I think a Monday night wasn't the best one to review as the restaurant isn't open and I think its when they re stock and get some housekeeping done.
Than being said, the owner gave a very warm welcome and offered to whip of a cold meats snack as the next nearest open place to eat we about 10-15 mines away.
I was given an exceptional cold meats salad (lots of local produce) and a quiet place on the patio.
The room is rustic, but the beds are clean, water was hot and the location very pretty.
If you're expecting a finely polished boutique, maybe this isn't for you. But if you simply want a warm local welcome and a "guest in my home" experience, it was great..
I'll likely be staying again.
