"This is a lovely Aparthotel in a great location in Cambridge. Only downside is the noise from the road. I advise guests to bring earplugs or even better, supplied by the hotel. Some noise also from banging doors in the corridor. A coffeemaker is provided in the room, but only with 2 capsules and no fresh milk available."

Slightly inconvenient that you have to call the management company 1 hour in advance ilof arriving so that they can send an agent with keys; I would have preferred an access code sent electronically. "The carpets were dirty and didn’t look like the pics they provided on the website. The washroom got clogged, flooded the floors. Towels were torn. "

"I absolutely loved our stay! It was very comfortable and felt like home. The only thing I could not figure out was the heater/towel rack in the bathroom was not turning on. There was fresh milk in the fridge for coffee or tea (both were provided with sugar) and biscuits (cookies). "Great location! About a 5-10 minute walk to everything in Cambridge. The biggest pain is how bad the traffic is getting to the hotel and really only having the option for valet parking. But it was a wonderful stay. The staff was top notch as were all the facilities. Another guest had room service and left their tray in the hall for what seemed like a very long time. But other wise it was great!"

Fabulous hotel

"Luca the manager and all front desk staff were excellent, really helpful and welcoming. The late night bar staff were difficult to find and perhaps need more training. My husband asked for a glass of Gavi (white wine which we had had in the restaurant) the member of staff didn’t know what it was and pointed to the spirits and the champagne questioningly. Then my husband asked for a cup of coffee and there was was only oat milk to go with it. So we decided to call it a night. Hotel is ideally placed for exploring the wonderful city of Cambridge. The hotel room was clean, spacious and comfortable and the food in the restaurant was fabulous. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend "
