"Great rooms but we had booked for 3 adults in one room and the room was only prepared for 2, tried to call reception and the phone didn’t work! However once informed, the staff quickly sorted this out. There are some doors right at the end of the corridor by 3077 which banged all night, other than that, it was a great stay "

Dinner was a challenge, the food was excellent but the front of house staff were very limited in training and had to be chased constantly for everything. Breakfast was just average, self service hot food that was only warm and new toaster needed - options were either anaemic or burnt. Bed was very comfortable except pillows.
