"We think the hotel was OK, needs a bit of an update, faster lift, better beds, a spare pillow should be provided, bigger TV in the room/ too small for the room size. The wifi was very slow and not really suitable to try and use for business purpose in my experience. It is nicely situated and the staff were friendly, an update of the technology would improve it a lot. "

"I tried to alter my booking dates through Expedia's website, was informed by their Bot that it'd all been taken care of. Didn't receive the promised confirmation email so called the hotel to check and it hadn't happened at all. Thank you so much to the guy at the hotel for re-arranging everything so perfectly, otherwise we'd have turned up without a reservation. Next time we'll book with the hotel directly. You find out how good an organisation is when you need them to help you out and Expedia failed utterly on this occasion ."
