Ideally located in the Fontana mall , everything in teplice is walking distance and you have all you need for shopping in the building. You can visit the wellness center which is 1 floor down and is pretty decent . Parking on the underground of the mall . Communication was really effective , polite and proffesional . "Everything was great and pretty cheap. One thing which you might take into account: if you get a room on the 2nd floor, you need to walk up the stairs (no elevator). One thing that the hotel needs take into consideration are the beds. They are pretty loud while sleeping or moving on them.People might wake up during sleeping because of that. "The room and architecture was very nice, in an old style which I really liked, and it was very homely. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast that was offered was great. The area is a bit out of the way, but there is a bus stop right outside, and parking was offered, though I did not use it. The area was very quiet, and the room was very well insulated, so it was very comfortable. Definitely would come again!"

"Hotel doesn't have 24/7 front desk service, but it is ok for me. However, if front desk is closed, wheelchair customers do not have access to elevator. If you are not fit to walk steps, this hotel is not for you. All above is understandable as you cannot modify historical building. Anyways, I find this hotel be very cozy and I will be staying there again next year. Thank you again. "
