"i arrived exhausted from a long trip, but the warm welcome message at the receptionist's desk immediately lifted my spirits. It was a small gesture, but it set the tone for a wonderful stay. The staff accommodated me earlier than the check-in time, which was a huge relief. Although breakfast wasn't served on-site, they kindly directed me to a nearby restaurant, which was a great local experience. I absolutely loved this place! They show a picture of a rice cooker, a hot pot and a drink kettle but when I asked them about it, they said no that is for a different type of room, but the pictures were listed for the room that I reserved. They’re dishonest And the area is some distance from the commercial area and they air-conditioning took four hours to cool off the room and the Wi-Fi was not working the first day had to change to a different after complaining "

"The property owner is friendly, the rooms and the building is newly build. They have a food service with a very reasonable price & it’s homemade by the owner itself & it’s very good. Be sure to make your tummy full by 8pm because all fastfood in the area closes at 8pm. "

"Good location, amazing pools. One of the 3 pools is only for adults and it has a swim up bar. Great buffet breakfast with plenty of choices. The pool bars have happy hour between 3pm and 7pm and the sea cafe has a good buffet for dinner with option to pay 250 peso extra for unlimited soft drinks ,beer,red and white wine."

"Amazing experience all around. The beach is fantastic, and there are plenty of areas for hotel guest o ly so it doesnt appear to busy. Drinks are very reasonable given the happy hour. Overall, one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. "

"The resort is beautiful & so well maintained. The buffet breakfast is superb, there is so much variety & well curated menu. The staff were professional & always courteous & respectful. We had a fantastic room, adjacent to the pool. The only thing I did not like is the signing of the statement that prohibits the consumption of food from outside the premises. We love our fruits, we were not able to enjoy them while we were at Henann."
