"A small and quiet place to stay within 200 m of everything! A cosy little enclosed , but open air brick alleyway attached to a small bar and cafe leads you to nice little rooms with everything you need. Maggie, Fernan and Victoria are very kind and helpful and there are small benches and trees throughout. It’s very pretty and the price is reasonable. Monica the cat welcomes everyone… day and night."

"Accommodation was very clean. Kitchen well equip (we used the stovetop to warm up leftover pizza). Staff was amazing, responsive with any questions we had. Also arranged our airport pick up and even though our flight was late was able to reorganize it to our later arrival time. You use a QR code to unlock the front door and a numerical code to open your accommodation door. Both were very easy to use and sent to us before arrival. Would stay again. "

"lemon suites was a simple but complete accommodation. No breakfast or other food options a but centrally located with tons of options around. The entrance was not so nice but the city was redoing sidewalks so that might be different once its repaired. Carolina was super helpful and you can’t beat the quality / price. "

"Wonderful location, thoughtful provision of amenities - thank you. The hosts were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The area is safe, convenient for walking to the main city and there’s a great restaurant just downstairs. I loved the facial recognition access - great not to need a key. Highly recommended "

"This was a great, little boutique hotel. We were delighted by the historic and archeological elements incorporated into the building's design. The staff were friendly and helpful at every turn. I actually wished I had more downtime during my stay to be able to hang out and enjoy the property: the courtyard, roof deck, and lobby were all so enticing. Our room was light, and airy with a balcony overlooking a charming, narrow street. I would love to stay here again!"

"A very enjoyable short stay at the Howard Johnson Plaza by Wyndham. Staff at the reception were most helpful in arranging transport for us. Very satisfied with the room and the breakfast, our view of the Avenida 9 de Julho was spectacular. Would certainly return if we stayed longer next time."
