Not worth the price
This was the worst hotel i have ever stayed in. From the rusted handless in the bathroom, the mildew in the walls, the dirty linen, even the hotel staff showed no care when i complained. Instead of a refund, i was told sorry about my luck.

I have stayed at this particular property a few times. However, this time was quite a bit more money than usual. By like $60-70 a night. There was no hot water. They knew the hot water wasn't working when I checked in. Yet thet failed to mention it. So warm showers if you're lucky but mostly cold for 2 days. There was never any type of reimbursement offered for our inconvenience. Also when we asked for more towels until the paper when the staff member stopped by the door. She didn't speak English so we didn't get either one. Simply because she couldn't understand us. The breakfast used to be good. Now the only thing they serve hot is waffles and the waffle maker wasn't working properly. So when it says breakfast all you get is cold cereal. I no you can't expect much out of a place like this. So when it's only 80 to $90 per night I'm okay with that. But when they raise the rates to $150 per night and nothing's working. That's when they get a review like this.

Walls are super thin. The pet rooms had barking dogs until midnight. People upstairs were stomping around until 12:30 am. Plenty of places to walk your dog which was nice. Room grungy and nothing like the pretty pics on the website. Cannot access hallways with a key card. They are literally locked. Breakfast only served until 9 am even on weekends. It did have easy access off the interstate and the staff was pleasant. It was ok for an overnight on the way to somewhere else. If you are a picky traveler, this is not the place for you. Most of the reviews seemed consistent with what we experienced.

The sheets on the bed were clean but everything else was filthy. The bathroom counter was beyond gross(hair, toothpaste, dust from the past few years). Orange mud in addition to just turn your feet black dirt on floor. Stinky. The staff was very nice.

The bathtub jets were black with toxic human leftover waste . I asked the front if something could be done I needed to bathe my daughter. They offered to move me to a smoking room but I declined my daughter has asthma and is very negatively affected by smoke I asked if someone could come clean the tub because I didn’t plan on scrubbing a tub so I have nothing to clean it with on hand. He then walked to the back returned with a bottle of restroom cleaner and I Brillo pad. I spent 1.5 hours cleaning all that disgusting gunk out of the tub.

We checked in on 9/11 and were given the card key to our room and found out it was already occupied so we were switched to a room upstairs separating us from the 6 other people we were staying with. The next day we were switched to a room downstairs and when we entered our room the floor looked like it hadnt been swept, there was a very moldy cup of oodles of noodles sitting on the counter below the tv, fridge freezer had someone’s drink in it. The bedside lamp didn’t have a light bulb and the outlet by the sink didn’t work. Very disappointed in our stay, will not stay here again. The only plus was the bed was comfortable and it was quiet but the room condition upon arrival made us wonder if the sheets had even been changed

Maybe the outside rooms are different than inside rooms but our outside room was wet. Sheets felt wet. Room smelled wet. Mirror looked like they used floor mop to clean it. I had to clean the scum off to see. Grass all around hotel and tooms was about teo feet tall. I eas refunded money without hassel
