Extremely dirty. Unsafe neighborhood, pee in the stairwell. No housekeeping. Hair on pillowcases and in sheets. Had to go to Walmart to buy fitted sheets and blankets to put over everything to feel even remotely comfortable sleeping. The deadbolt wouldn't lock, the peep hole was covered over. The toilet wouldn't flush, had to fix it myself. No Hot Water in the shower. I wouldn't have stayed if I had any other option.

When I book a room for more than 1 night I have the following expectations: Bed made Garbage emptied Fresh towels Bathroom wiped down When I ask for new towels, I was told by an employee to take dirty ones to the desk. I find this unacceptable. I will NOT be staying at your facility again.

Everyone was very nice. Was a little dated. Elevator broke down while we were they & ice machine was leaking so carpet was soaked .

The whole place is very dirty, smells absolutely terrible, room looks like it has not been cleaned in weeks, bedding looks to have not been washed in yrs, the cushions on the chairs had massive stains, food on the walls, the bed itself was lumpy and so very uncomfortable,, i forsure will not be staying there again and do not recommend it to anyone.

You get what you paid for! Between the dog barking and the moaning next door there was no sleeping. Definitely not a safe set up as anyone can walk in off the street. Elevators were broken, doors looked like they had been kicked in and everything smells like cigarettes. Definitely the dirtiest place I have ever been! The front desk gal was very nice at check in.

The elevator started breaking down when we were in it. We were lucky to get out of it and then it broke down. The Internet was down. We got the wrong room. The pool was down. Nothing functioned in that hotel it seemed like.

Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I got there at 4am, exhausted after a really long day. I waited at the desk for someone for at least 20 minutes, ringing the bell and even calling the phone to bring someone to the front to check me in. When someone finally came out, she informed me she “canceled my room in (my) night audit” so the hotel was “fully booked”. After another 15 minutes, she calls someone who was obviously asleep in the hotel to come help me. Miraculously, they found me a room - which I finally got into at 4:45am. The elevator was broken to top it all off, and I was not on the ground floor. My shower had dirt and debris all over the floor of the tub, so I didn’t even feel comfortable taking a shower. I turned my heater on, only to smell something burning and a “change filter” error on it. The entire hotel smelled pretty badly of urine, and my room was no different. The prices for the rooms were hiked up due to an event nearby - so unbelievably not worth the price. I felt dirtier and more exhausted leaving than I did arriving. Hoping to get some sort of partial or full refund because this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a hotel.
