"The property was ideally placed for access to local transport networks to easily get around and see the best of Nice. Due to its location (just across the road) from the beach it was slightly more pricey than I would have liked due to the condition of the property. The breakfast wasn't great, but I did take coffees upstairs to the accommodation and had some pastries I bought at the supermarket nearby.
