"The Hotel is a wonderfully panoramic location overlooking the lake. It’s a great location in a grand historic building. I am not a fan that charges for parking. Just add it into the rate! You can only check in at 4pm (although we managed at 3.30pm). I have traveled all this planet and this is the latest l have experienced in 35 years. "Lovely clean spacious apartment. If I was nit-picking I would say that the kitchen cupboard doors are in need of a little bit of tlc but apart from that very good. The pool is lovely but a bit on the cold side for my liking but other people might think it was fine. The evening meal in the Restaurant was excellent & we would definitely eat there again. We are returning at Xmas & already looking forward to our next stay. "

"Lovely hotel we stayed in the family room with a balcony. Very spacious and clean. Loved the location of being outside of the town so it was quiet but a 2minute walk to everything. The breakfast was lovely, especially the eggs Benedict. Parking was free and had a space for every room. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back."

"Nice comfortable stay. Breakfast was average no complaints. Room was comfortable and location was great. Although good for us a disability would make this difficult as the hotel is at the top of a steep hill. But overall it was really nice for us."

"We chose this hotel for its location it was convenient for all our needs.The hotel was quiet and clean and the staff were very pleasant and greeted you when coming or going from the property...it also had a swimming pool but we didnt use it this time .overall the room was clean and comfortable and had a kettle for tea and coffee making and a complimentary bottle of still and sparkling water .We will definitely be staying at the hotel again in the future"
