"Smart hotel in lovely position above the bay. Great service and enormous comfortable room and bathroom. Impressed that check-in staff knew my name by sight when I checked out. About ten minutes walk to the centre of Rapallo. Didn’t eat a main meal in the restaurant. Breakfast had a good choice but wasn’t super special."

"Best hotel experience I have ever had! Amazing location, very walkable, able to get to all parts of the city easily. From the hotel porters, the front desk staff, the bar tenders, the restaurant, the service was impeccable. Beautiful rooms with great design, robes, bathrooms. I would return to Genoa to stay here."

"Great location, amazing views from the sea view rooms, friendly staff, very clean; but it’s not a four stars more like a 3 stars plus. No sound proofing between the rooms, forget sleeping quietly, bath towels are very rough, bath hot water is just mild…nice but for the price could be better"

"Very responsive and efficient staff managing the property which is ideally located on a pedestrian only street. We arrived by car and parked at Europa Park which was affordable,12 minutes from the property and had in and out access.Our check in was a breeze with Yuliya personally showing up and detailing the property. "Nous avons passé un bon séjour de 2 nuits à la Casa Rosa. L’appartement tout rénové est confortable. Il manque peut être quelques petits équipements comme une passoire ou des bols. Par contre, il n’y avait pas de prise de recharge pour voiture électrique alors que nous l’avions choisi aussi pour cela. Dommage."
